10-Day Exchange Policy

Need to exchange an item?
At Attire Arena, we offer a 10-day exchange policy on eligible items to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Only full-price items are eligible for exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Orders purchased at full price will not be eligible for exchange if a sale or discount is active at the time of the exchange request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Contact our WhatsApp support team and share your order details.
Provide clear images of the item, ensuring the tags are visible and intact.
Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange process will begin.

Refunds are not offered.
If an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, you may choose to receive a store voucher instead.
